Otherworldly Gifts for the New Moon

This morning, at 4:36 AM PT, the moon passed through its new phase, sharing the exact same celestial longitude as the sun. It happens every month, but it has me reflecting on all the otherworldly qualities we see within gemstones here on earth. From the cosmic sparkle of opals to the luminescent glow of moonstone to the diamond-dusted galaxies within salt and pepper diamonds, these ethereal stones seem almost too magical for this world. But here they are, available to us to channel their magic.
