READY TO SHIP
All collection items are treated as ready to ship unless otherwise noted. These items will ship within 1 business day.
MADE TO ORDER
Made to order items. These items are crafted and shipped within 10 business days.
BRIDAL MADE TO ORDER
All wedding bands are made to order. Please allow 4 weeks for us to make them in your size before shipment.
If we anticipate any change to the timeline for your order, we will contact you ASAP. If you need an order rushed, please contact us to find out what's possible.
Domestic Shipping
FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over $150 provided via USPS Ground Advantage. Your items should arrive within 10 business days of shipment. Orders under the $150 threshold will ship via USPS Ground Advantage for $7.00
PRIORITY SHIPPING is available in the form of USPS Priority. Your items should arrive in 2-3 business days. Free for orders $500 and up.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available in the form of UPS Overnight ($50) or UPS 2nd Day ($29). Orders over $900 will receive complimentary 2nd Day shipping. Expedited orders must be received by 3:30pm or they will ship out the following business day. Please note that if you are ordering a made-to-order piece, this does not speed up the production time, only the speed at which we ship when your item is complete.
Due to the threat of theft on jewelry shipments, all items over $500 will require signature upon delivery and are shipped with proper insurance. Sorry, no exceptions.
International Shipping
International orders can be shipped via USPS priority mail international. Rates will vary based on destination and can be previewed at checkout. If you encounter questions or issues with your international shipment at checkout, please contact us as we may need to authorize your desired country in our system. Customs forms for international shipments will be completed accurately and honestly. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with pickup.
