About Item Availability
What's available to view changes daily. I'm constantly creating and shipping jewelry, plus some pieces may be on loan to retail partners. This means not every item from my website will be available to view during your visit. If there's a specific piece you're hoping to see, please note it on your booking form. I'll let you know before the appointment if it won't be available.
Studio Visit FAQ
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Yes! Feel free to bring a partner, friend, or loved one. Please include their name when booking so I can greet you both properly.
Do I need to make a purchase during my visit?
No purchase is necessary. Part of finding the right piece is being able to see and try it on in person. Sometimes it's not the perfect fit, and that's completely okay. I'll be here whenever you're ready to try something on again.
What should I bring to my appointment?
If you're shopping for wedding bands that you plan to stack with your engagement ring, please bring that ring with you.
Can I see items that aren't on your website?
If I have new designs ready, I love giving sneak peeks! However, items marked "made to order" or "out of stock" on the website won't be available to view. Please note any specific pieces you're interested in on your booking form. If I can make it before your visit, I often will!
What's your cancellation policy?
No problem if you need to cancel! Please be courteous and use your appointment link to cancel or send me an email as early as possible. This frees up the time slot for someone else who might be waiting.
Where do I park?
Street parking is available around the neighborhood. If street parking is limited, there's metered parking on San Pablo Avenue.
What if I'm running late?
Send me an email or call the studio at 415-894-2832 to let me know. I can often accommodate late arrivals, but if we need to reschedule, I'll let you know right away.
