    Returns & Exchanges

    How to Return an Item

    To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

    1. Contact us within 1 week of delivery if you'd like to return your jewelry
    2. Important: Items shipped back without prior contact may be ineligible for refund
    3. Return condition: Jewelry must be unworn and returned in original packaging, including all boxes and materials
    4. Refund timeline: Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing

    What's Eligible for Return

    Our refund policy varies by product type:

    Full Refund or Exchange:

    • Regular rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces
    • Engagement rings purchased in the listed stock size

    Store Credit Only:

    • Engagement rings purchased in any size other than the listed stock size
    • Wedding bands
    • Diamond bands

    No Returns or Exchanges:

    • Custom designs (these are crafted specifically for you)

    Defective Items

    If you receive an item that's defective due to our manufacturing, we'll gladly replace, refund, or repair it at no cost to you, including shipping charges.

    Repairs

    Our Commitment to Quality

    We stand behind our craftsmanship and will perform repairs at no charge for:

    • Any manufacturing defects
    • Normal wear and tear within the first year of purchase

    After the First Year

    Repairs may include a small fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We evaluate each piece individually to provide fair pricing.

    Ring Sizing

    Getting the Right Size

    You're responsible for purchasing the correct ring size. To ensure accuracy:

    Bay Area customers: Schedule an appointment at our Berkeley studio for professional sizing

    All other customers: Visit your local jeweler for sizing, or order our at-home ring sizer for convenient measurement

    Resizing Services

    • One complimentary resizing is included with every ring purchase within the first 3 months
    • Shipping: You're responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio
    • Important limitation: Diamond bands and eternity rings cannot be resized, so please ensure size accuracy before ordering
